How should I maintain my high-carbon steel knives?
To prevent rust and maintain the edge, we recommend hand-washing your knives with mild soap and drying them immediately. Never put professional cutlery in the dishwasher as high heat and harsh detergents can damage the blade and handle.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused, sellable condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

How do I know if a knife needs sharpening or honing?
Honing should be done frequently to realign the blade's edge, while sharpening is required when the blade becomes dull and no longer cuts through food easily. We recommend professional sharpening once or twice a year depending on usage.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Most of the brands we carry, such as Wüsthof and Shun, include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Detailed warranty information is included in the product packaging.
